Some three-wheel buggies offer a lie-flat option that allows the child to face you, while others only allow a parent-facing one.

The only drawback to this incredible maneuverability is that the larger wheels of a 3-wheel buggy may make it difficult to fit into tight spaces. This is something to be aware of when you live in a city. If this is a concern, a 4-wheel buggy might be a better option for you.
