According to the report Miss Kelly suffered from a number of mental health issues, including bipolar disorder such as bulimia, anorexia and bulimia. She was also abused by her husband and was an addict to drugs. Stress, anxiety and depression exacerbated her symptoms. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder and schizoaffective disorders.
Elayaperumal claims that Medtronic intentionally denied him a job due to his race and national origin.
