Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
The upgrading of your item is an essential element to maximize the potential of your gear. It allows you to add bonus stats onto your item's base level value.
Each upgrade template comes with set of options that can be configured via the GUI. These options include upgrading reference as well as upgrading chance.
Upgrade components
As part of the 2.0 update the upgrade system for weapons and armor in Cyberpunk has been improved. Upgrade components are scattered throughout Night City. The item you'd like to upgrade should also include an upgrade slot. The game will show a preview of the expected stats for the item after upgrading. It will also display the component or material required. If you don't have the level or resource to upgrade an
item upgrader Kit, the button will read "Blocked."
The items that can be upgraded include armor and weapons and trinkets and gathering tools. Upgrade slots can be filled on each item, granting bonus effects or attributes when the equipment is utilized. These upgrades are available through crafting, purchased from a seller, or taken as a reward.
There are two types of upgrade components: gems and universal upgrades. Universal upgrades are similar to gems and can be utilized in any type of equipment. They offer a lower bonus than other upgrade components. They are simple to obtain by dropping them by enemies and robbed all over the world. Gems, on the other hand are gained by disassembling items or completing specific missions.
Upgrades can be replaced with new upgrades inside a weapon's upgrade slot, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade. Other upgrades, with the exception for glyphs which can be added to gathering tools cannot be removed from an item after they are inserted. Infusions, which are placed in ascended equipment and legendary equipment, as well as enrichments are only recovered by using an upgrade extractor or by salvaging the item with an advanced salvage kit can be replaced every hour.
Recycled items
During the last two world wars, a shortage of natural resources pushed the world to embrace recycling. Nowadays, it is commonplace to recycle things like paper, aluminum and plastic to give them a new life as something different. Recycling is a great way to save energy and keeps carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. It is also a great option to avoid landfills and conserve natural resources. Nonetheless, it is important to know what can and cannot be recycled.
Many people make the mistake of placing the wrong items in the recycling bin. These items will not only contaminate recycling equipment, but can also contaminate the stream. To avoid this, read the label and adhere to the rules of your recycling program. Cardboard should never be mixed with tin cans or steel cans. Tissue must also be thrown away. Plastic bags also get caught in recycling machinery and should be taken to an upscale grocery store for reuse. Containers for food and berries are also items that can be thrown away. The only exception to this is glass, which can be used to build with.
It is essential to look for the label "Made from recycled content" when looking for new products. This indicates that the product is made from recycled materials from products that have served their purpose. This makes them more environmentally friendly than brand-new items composed of raw materials. These materials are also cheaper than virgin ones.
Whether it's your old phone, tablet or computer, you can reuse these objects by taking them to a recycling center. They'll use the materials to create new electronics and other useful products. Some of these companies will even pay you money for returning your old equipment.
If you want recycling at work to be easier, make it standardized the colors of the bins as well as the signage at your office. This will reduce confusion and increase participation rates. Additionally, ensure that you have a designated space for all recyclables in your office, such as a centralized bin or a box in the break room.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens give you a second chance at rolling the dice for higher stats or better powers. They are available in the mistery box, as rare drops from skulled creatures or bosses. Each token removes one attribute point from damage, and randomly rolls it into the new attribute. You can also roll additional attributes on objects, like regeneration and speed.
The amount of additional items that are added to an item changes with each level. The value of an extra is calculated as a percent of the total stats for the item. Rerolling a token can alter this value. The item's recycling value also increases as it is upgraded. In general, the value of an item's primary stat will increase by +3 with each level, while the value of its extras will differ.
Click the dice icon next to the item you have in your inventory to roll it. You can also press the button on another lobby of another player, and select "Reroll". After rolling the item, it will disappear from your collection.
Rerolls can be purchased as well as other in-game items from Sagbe, an in-game Token Shop trader. You can also earn free rerolls redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be used for a variety of items, including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.
Rerolls can be useful in the beginning stages of the game, when you have to build up your inventory and dungeon gear. They are not the
Best item upgrade method to boost your character's stats. Instead, you should focus on getting more skill points. You can also earn bonus points by completing the event levels.
You can also change your character's race by purchasing a race reroll token, which is available through the Zen Market. This token lets you change your race at any time, and it is redeemable through certain pack purchases or through the Token Shop. You can also earn it as a reward for completing Meg’s cases during the Port Sarim Invasion event.
Leveling
Upgrading an
item upgrader mod in the upgrade process can increase its power and stats. It also increases the cost and the amount of materials required to complete the upgrade. The type of materials required varies depending on the item. Weapons, for instance, make use of a combination of Destruction Stones (DS) and Guardian Stones. Armor makes use of Harmony Leapstones and Shards. The addition of additional materials can boost the chances of success, but it is not a guaranteed outcome.
The leveling process is calculated by using an algorithm that determines how much damage, magic attack (magic weapons) and defense an upgraded item will get at the next level of upgrade. The formulas vary depending on the type of weapon and its rarity. There is also a maximum level for each kind of weapon.
The NPC will display an upgrade option once the
item upgrades reaches its maximum level. This will allow the player to upgrade the item to the next level by infusing it with experience. To make the most of this process, it is crucial to ensure that their gear is at its maximum level before upgrading. This way, they will avoid wasting experience and materials which could have been spent on other upgrades.
The NPC will show two lines when the upgrade is in progress. The first line shows how many Tech Points will be gained by upgrading the item, while the second line displays a preview of the item's upgraded appearance. The preview may not be exact if the item is equipped with mods. However, it could give you a rough idea.
The NPC will display the price to upgrade the item. The cost of Technology Points will be included when applicable. It will also include the cost of an Accelerator if you own one. Accelerators can be purchased through the Exchange and increase the number of Tech Points gained by an upgrade by 50%. This bonus does not apply to the chance of a product's quality which is reset once the item is at the mark level.
The Upgrade NPC also provides an option to transfer gear. This will allow players to save their experience and upgrade progress from a piece of gear and transfer it to a new item that is in the same slot. This is a great option for players who want to upgrade their gear, but do not have enough money to purchase a completely new set.
